Fora In Vigna, committed to non-invasive wine-making, aims to revive old local vines in the picturesque Colli Berici of Veneto. This Garganega from Vigna del Roccolo is crafted from forty-year-old vines on limestone soils, combining grapes from the steep lower section and the higher area with thicker skins. Fermented separately and aged for nine months in stainless steel to create a charming white wine with beautiful aromatics and crystalline minerality. Best served chilled, paired with seafood or light pasta dishes. ABV: 11%
