ABOUT THE MAKER
Fallow is a modern European restaurant in London’s Haymarket set up in May 2019 by Jack Croft, William Murray and James Robson. It started life as a series of sold-out residencies and has become one of the most exciting restaurant concepts in the UK. At the heart of every menu are British producers using the best seasonable ingredients with sustainable cooking practices.
