Sauer Verjus is founded by two friends, Matt and Matthias who decided to bring better quality verjus at a reasonable price to the UK. Verjus was and is one of their favourite ingredients for both cooking and cocktail making and they were too frustrated with the available alternatives. They want more people to explore the zingy acidity and versatility that verjus whether that is part of the dressing in your salad or splashed into your pre-dinner margarita.
