In the early 90s, Giles and Annie Henschel embarked on a trip motorbike trip through the Mediterranean, the Middle East and North Africa, where they fell in love with the food they ate and gathered recipes to recreate at home.
They launched Olives Et Al in 1993 to bring those memories and cravings back home and to share great olives with a wider audience.
