Lazy Scientist Sauces was created by a long‑time chilli enthusiast who discovered fermentation after moving to London. What began as small‑batch experiments grew into a flavour operation rooted in science, community and serious heat. With a background in chemistry and a love for chilli mashes, kombucha and miso, the founder bottles wild concoctions and a few award‑winners too.
