Dom Taylor, a South London-born chef with Jamaican and Saint-Lucian roots, founded Chef Dom Taylor to bring authentic Caribbean cookery to a wider audience. With years of experience in luxury hotels and restaurants, he refined his skills before launching his own venture, leading to his success on Five Star Kitchen: Britain’s Next Great Chef and the opening of The Good Front Room at The Langham, London. Based in the UK, his mission is to honour and modernise Caribbean cuisine while maintaining its rich heritage.
