This little jar is packed with five varieties of wild mushrooms - chanterelle, porcini, trumpet, shiitake, and chestnut. Each brings a unique flavour, and combined, they bring intensity and depth to the sauce.

The natural earthy and umami tones of the mushrooms are elevated by a generous lick of aromatic black truffle oil, for added indulgence.

Packed with double the wild mushroom content compared to other sauces on the market, this sauce is not shy on flavour and packs a woody punch.

To serve, simply stir into pasta. Add sauteed mushrooms to really elevate the dish.
