Wholegrain Tahini

Made on the Island of Lemons, Riza's wholegrain tahini is produced by Nikos and his family, who have been running traditional stone mills for three generations. Made from locally sourced sesame seeds and ground using age-old methods that preserve the seeds’ outer husks, this tahini has a mild, nutty flavor. Spread it on sourdough bread with a drizzle of Pine Tree Honey and sliced bananas.
