The Pelegrim English White Wine is a traditional bottle-fermented sparkling wine, fresh with bright citrus, green apple, and toasty brioche and biscuit notes. Serve well-chilled to enhance its crisp bubbles and vibrant acidity. It pairs beautifully with oysters, grilled fish, or creamy pasta dishes for a refined yet refreshing experience.
