ABOUT THE MAKER

The Wasabi Company is a family-run business with farms in Dorset and Hampshire, specialising in growing and supplying fine Japanese ingredients. They were the first in Europe to successfully cultivate wasabi, and now supply a range of wasabi-based products to top chefs, retailers and home cooks alike. As well as growing Japanese ingredients, they have also developed a range of award-winning condiments, drinks and seasonings to add to your Japanese pantry.
