Huli Huli is a Hawaiian street food and sauce business; bringing the eclectic flavours of the Pacific Rim to Britain. Their range of sauces, rubs, and other condiments are inspired by tropical flavours and made in small batches using fresh ingredients. The name ‘huli huli’ means ’to turn’ in Hawaiian and refers to the practice of turning chickens over a smoky fire pit.
