Vinné Sklepy Kutná Hora - Cabernet Blanc: Czech White Wine

Cabernet Blanc, a PiWi cross of Cabernet Sauvignon and Regent, comes from biodynamic-certified (Demeter) vineyards. After 12 hours of on-skin maceration, it matures for two years in French oak barrels with full malolactic fermentation. Aromas of lychee and soft gooseberry lead to a round, soft palate with a strong mineral backbone and medium acidity. ABV: 12.5%
