This preserve is made with plenty of British Victoria blackberries, known for their large, juicy sweetness. They create a beautifully fruity preserve that's perfect on toast or warming porridge during those cozy autumn mornings. The blackberries in this batch were naturally high in pectin, giving the preserve a firmer set than most berry jams while remaining wonderfully spreadable and packed full of blackberry pieces.
