Tillingham’s English DNA is rooted in experimentation, from the varieties of grapes planted to the vessels used and the styles of wine produced over the years. Vibrant red in the glass, it opens with vivid juicy berry fruit aromatics and a herbaceous edge. The palate showcases layers of red berries, with light peppery tannins, and low alcohol content: it is the perfect combination for a summer red. Best served slightly chilled, and pairs perfectly with cold cuts and cheeseboards.
