A cracker produced from ancient and heritage wheats, and stone milled by Fresh Flour in South Devon. The sourdough base is mixed with sweet barley malt, olive oil, sea salt and Seaweed from the waters of Caithness in Scotland, to create a light sourdough cracker with a hint of seaweed salinity, and subtly floral notes.
