The perfect, flavoursome base for noodle soups. It's a spicy broth using our blonde chicken recipe as a foundation, with added lemon grass, ginger, chilli and a little light coconut milk. Handcrafted in micro batches with total freedom to roam, grass fed +71 days outdoor reared British chicken. 22g of Protein. Collagen packed. Pressure cooked with a low water to ingredient ratio in our purpose built kitchen just outside of London, SPRING Broths are more nutritionally dense with a super intense flavour.
