This is a zesty and nutty-flavoured dressing that is perfect for jazzing up salads or nourish bowls.
It's a balanced sauce that's made using just a handful of ingredients: tahini brings umami depth, the lime adds a bright overtone, and the honey rounds it all out. There is no added refined sugar and no artificial ingredients, so it's like having a homemade dressing always on hand.
It's great drizzled over roasted vegetables or broccoli, mixed through noodles and stir-fries, stirred through grain salads, or splashed into falafel wraps, chicken, salmon or slow-cooked lamb.
