Sparkling Crémant de Limoux From South France

This ‘brut’ is delicate with opulent acidity, citrus notes and creamy flavours on the finish. It is made grapes from vines that are over 40 years old, in the historic appellation of Limoux in the Pyrenean Foothills of southern France, and it pairs well with seafood, scallops and aperitifs.
