ABOUT THE MAKER

Baj Blazin hot sauce started when they made some of their Dad's spicy sauce at Christmas years ago. They gifted it to their friends who immediately loved it and asked for more. From there, they made a larger batch and decided to start selling it at their local market in Greenwich....that was it! Their mission is to share their family recipe and flavours that have heat but also flavour to provide a unique to your meals.
