London-based brand Lucky Mi was born from the desire to find a spicier, crispier chilli condiment with reduced oil and no added sugar. Founder Michelle, a Taiwanese-American originally from California, set about experimenting in her home kitchen before releasing her flavourful chilli oil into the world.
