What makes this soda unique is our combination of flavours. To make this soda we use fresh limes and we use both the juice and the zest to make the most of the fruit's essential oils. We pair these with plenty of organic cardamom and just enough unrefined cane sugar for a balanced sweetness. We add a small amount of Essex sea salt to counter any excess bitterness from the zest and to heighten the flavour profile of this soda. It's a very unique flavour and makes a fantastic adult soda or a brilliant clear spirit mixer (white rum, tequila, vodka or gin).
