Neighbourhood delicatessen The Sicilian is known for its celebration of artisanal goods from Sicily. Their all-natural olive oil is imported directly from the island and uses a mix of Nocellara, Tonda Iblea and Cerasuola olives. It is cold-pressed with a peppery finish. Drizzle over roasted fish or potatoes.

ABOUT THE MAKER
Our pasta sauce is made with tomatoes grown by our friend and farmer Salvatore in a small village in Sicily. He plants each seeding by hand and then handpicks each ripe tomato. The plants are watered with natural spring water from a spring on the farm. We cook our sauce in a local kitchen with tomatoes picked only at the peak of Summer meaning that they are they are perfectly ripe and need no artificial preservatives or additives. This is how sauce has been made over the centuries in Sicily.
