It was founded by photographer Jake Turney and uses one of the hottest chilli in the world; the Carolina Reaper chilli, as its main ingredient. Using a carefully balanced recipe that celebrates the chilli taste without being overwhelmingly hot; the brand is known for its unique blend of flavours from across the West Indies and Mexico.
