As usual, made of only sesame seeds and caramel, this praliné our spreadable halva! 😍 🤤 We’ve always loved tahini (used sweet or savoury) so making a sesame praliné was an obvious one. 💛 Chefs love it for its slightly more complexe profile of sweet, a touch of bitterness and smokiness. It quickly became one of our favourite!
