ABOUT THE MAKER

Halen Môn is known for its pure sea salt, which is hand-harvested on the Anglesey Isle. The brand was founded in 1997 by Alison and David Lea-Wilson who made their first batch on the family aga. Its name is Welsh for Anglesey Salt.
