Yenryancooks was founded by Ryan, a passionate home cook with a love for bold flavours and creative condiments. Frustrated by the lack of texture in traditional sauces, he set out to create something new — crispy oils that combine rich, savoury flavour with satisfying crunch. Inspired by everyday meals and a desire to elevate home cooking, his small-batch creations feature ingredients like scallions, fried shallots, garlic, and Sichuan peppercorns.
