Delicious, high-quality, Italian pasta, made by hand in a family-run factory in a small medieval town near the Amalfi Coast, in Italy. Thanks to its bronze wire-drawing, pure durum wheat, and the slow-drying process, the pasta has a beautiful consistency and flavour. Also, the nutritional value of the pasta is preserved and it's more digestible.
