Family-run Pump Street Chocolate creates bean-to-bar chocolate handmade in Suffolk. This particular bar combines the brand’s 100% rye loaf with Halen Môn sea salt and their Ecuadorian 60% dark milk chocolate. It has a mellow creaminess that is offset by the nutty acidity of the rye bread. Ideal eaten alone or used in baking.
