Rosie Mackean, affectionally nicknamed 'The Pasta Queen', is an East-London based freelance chef, food stylist, home economist and recipe developer. With 2 years' experience working in London kitchens, she is comfortable with all elements of cookery and relishes the variety of challenges she encounters in life behind the camera. She is especially known for her simplified hosting dishes and pasta recipes.
