Founded in 2020, Easton Chilli was set up by Rikki who started making chilli jams at home. This medium-heat sriracha-style sauce is made by fermenting red jalapeño chillies with garlic and salt, then blending extra virgin olive oil for a creamy texture. The sauce has a delicious sourness that comes from the fermentation. Use it throughout the kitchen as a versatile condiment.
Easton Chilli hand makes delicious chilli jam in small batches in Bristol. It was founded with sustainability, ethics, and circular economics at its heart. The spicy, sweet condiment is available in a range of fun and creative flavours.
