This is a hot, buttery, sweet hot sauce that is based on the ever-popular Thai-style Sriracha sauce.
It's a beautiful, orange-red and full-bodied hot sauce with a spicy, slightly numbing kick. It is fairly hot on the heat scale. The fiery heat from fresh red jalapeño chillis and fruity scotch bonnets is carefully rounded out with the natural sweetness coming from beetroot and Somerset’s finest apples.
It's a versatile hot sauce, and its creamy, hot, sweet and tangy spice pairs perfectly with chicken wings, grilled meat, noodle bowls, halloumi or sweetcorn.
