Rabbie Burns: Red Jalapeño & Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce

This is a hot, buttery, sweet hot sauce that is based on the ever-popular Thai-style Sriracha sauce.

It's a beautiful, orange-red and full-bodied hot sauce with a spicy, slightly numbing kick. It is fairly hot on the heat scale. The fiery heat from fresh red jalapeño chillis and fruity scotch bonnets is carefully rounded out with the natural sweetness coming from beetroot and Somerset’s finest apples.
