ABOUT THE MAKER
CULTJAR is hand-crafted at Worminster Farm in Somerset by experienced chefs. They preserve peak-condition produce using traditional, ancient and contemporary techniques, creating a range of ferments, pickles and seasonings inspired by global culinary traditions. Sourcing ingredients from the farm and responsible foraging, they combine growing with a creative kitchen to deliver depth of flavour and prolonged seasons.
