The third generation in a family of winemakers, David has stepped in and made the winery his own, crafting low-intervention wines from volcanic soils. His focus? Effortless drinking, with a natural ferment that lets the grapes do the talking.

Serotonín is a fragrant, still orange wine made from Muscat d’Or—hence that beautifully perfumed nose, where rose petals meet a whisper of spice. Dry on the palate, with low tannins and a lingering acidity that keeps things fresh.
