David Kušícký - KOMBO: Slovakian Sparkling Wine

Lovely crisp bubbles with a complex, yet easy-to-drink flavour profile. The third generation from a wine-making family, David took over the the winery and has added his own signature. He is producing low-intervention wines from vulcanic terroir, designed for easy drinking and naturally fermented. KOMBO is a secondary fermentation in the bottle, echoing the classic Champagne style, and is made of Welschriesling and Pinot Gris grapes.
