Produced for Silver & Green from organic grapes grown in the regions of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Aged in oak barrels; this balsamic vinegar is sticky and sweet with a rich and deeply layered flavour profile. Wonderful as a dressing, dip, or to enhance your recipes. This dense and luxurious vinegar has recently collected a ‘Two Star Great Taste Award’.
