Omega Pressery have partnered with farmers to transform 'wonky' harvests into high-quality, Omega bursting, Extra virgin, and Cold-pressed oils. Their extra virgin avocado oil is crafted from 25 peak ripe avocados using a zero-heat mechanical press and double filtration process. This results in an emerald green oil with the aroma and flavour of a perfectly ripe avocado.
This oil has a superior health profile that's 100% preserved - a heathy balance of Omega 3,6 & 9, and high in Oleic acid promotes heart health and reduces inflammation. Additionally, containing Lutein which supports in collagen synthesis for youthful skin & suppleness and reduces risk of age-related eye diseases.
