Prepared in small batches by expert hands, oak-smoked tomatoes are steeped in Balsamic of Modena over several weeks to imbue all of that smoky sweetness. You get the classic balsamic sweet-tangy flavour, but with a real infusion of ripe tomatoes.

It's rich, smoky, and perfectly balanced, and ideal for sauces, salad dressings and marinades.
