Wine brand New Theory creates low-intervention wines that are 100% vegan. This medium-bodied red wine is made from Cinsault grapes from old bush vines in Stellenbosch, and aged for ten months in old oak barrels. The result is a smooth wine, with notes of blackberry dark cherry and ripe tannins on the palate. It is sustainably-farmed, hand-harvested, low-intervention and vegan. It pairs well with grilled meats or roasted vegetables, best served at room temperature. ABV: 12.5%

ABOUT THE MAKER

New Theory is a wine brand founded by brothers Charlie and Thom Bradley, working with South African winemakers and farmers producing low-intervention wines. Their mission? To make it easy to buy high-quality, small-batch natural wine online. The brand also hosts wine raves in London.
