A popular choice at Little Mercies' London bar, this unique cocktail is a labour of love. It's made with blood oranges that are preserved in salt for three months, then the pulp is strained, blended to a puree, and then distilled with Volcan Tequila to create a crystal-clear blood orange tequila. This is mixed with we then fresh Volcan Tequila, sugar, citric acid and homemade clarified blood orange salt.
These minis are single serves: perfect for tasting, for gifting, or for corporate events.
