Maxillicious Jerk is a seasoning created by content creator and influencer Maxillicious, inspired by his Jamaican heritage and deep passion for Jamaican cuisine. This carefully crafted blend captures the authentic flavours of the island, combining warmth, spice, and a touch of natural sweetness. Whether used for grilling, roasting, or everyday cooking, it’s a delicious way to share the taste of Jamaica from Maxillicious’ kitchen to yours.
Jerk Seasoning Ingredients: Spring onion, onion, ginger, garlic, scotch bonnet, thyme, orange juice, lime juice, pimento, black pepper, browning (ammonia caramel, glucose syrup, salt), olive oil, apple cider vinegar and salt.
Mango Jerk Ingredients: Spring onion, onion, ginger, garlic, scotch bonnet, thyme, kesar mango pulp (kesar mangoes, sugar syrup, citric acid), lime juice, pimento, black pepper, browning (ammonia caramel, glucose syrup, salt), olive oil, apple cider vinegar and salt.
