Marco, a dedicated Vignaiolo from Bressanvido, crafts vibrant wines from his volcanic vineyards in Breganze, focusing on minimal intervention and a deep connection to the terroir. This edition of Lucifer is a vibrant blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from the hills of San Giorgio di Perlena, enriched with 20% Vespaiola from Zugliano. With ten days of skin contact for the reds and a couple of days for the Vespaiola, it’s aged for eight months in stainless steel, resulting in a lively red wine that is smoky and sanguine, with notes of blueberries, pomegranate, and beetroot. Serve slightly chilled, a perfect match for grilled meats or hearty pasta dishes. ABV: 13%
ABOUT THE MAKER
Marco, a true Vignaiolo from Bressanvido, began his journey in his parents' vineyard, gaining experience with local producers and at a natural vineria before launching his own winery in 2018. Nestled in the gentle hills of Breganze, his vineyards flourish on volcanic soils rich in limestone, cultivated without chemical agents. With minimal intervention, Marco’s wines are vibrant and deeply connected to their terroir.
