It has been crafted using the traditional method (méthode champenoise) commonly associated with Champagne. Made from premium raffia palm juice, imported and expertly fermented in their UK winery, it’s a truly unique fusion of heritage and craft. With a classic refreshing palm flavour, it boasts a medley of pineapple notes, earthy and citrus undertones, and a coconut mousse-like smoothness, finishing delicately with lychee and woody accents.
