Easton Chilli was started in founder Rikki’s home kitchen and continues to be made in small batches today. Named Malamango; ’ mala’ is a Mandarin Chinese word that refers to the flavour created when Sichuan pepper and spicy chillies combine. This blend contains organic mangoes, which adds sweetness. Ideal paired with curry or as an alternative to mango chutney.
