Ikan Bilis and Kacang is a popular Malaysian snack made of crispy fried anchovies (ikan bilis) and roasted peanuts. ABOUT THE MAKER
Sauce brand Makan Malaysia is the brainchild of childhood best friends Kat and Sue, who grew up together in Malaysia before moving to the UK in 2009. Struggling to find traditional Malaysian cuisine, the pair decided to make their own and now make all their products from their Reading kitchen.
