Lion's Den makes Sauces, Spreads and Condiments from mushrooms! It is a 100% vegan company - set up to increase umami in peoples diets so they can increase the amount of plants (and mushrooms) in their diets. Umami is an essential part of flavour and satiation, and can be difficult to find in the plant kingdom. We use renowned mushrooms that are beneficial to our health and well being like Shiitake and Lion’s Mane. Helping people get more mushrooms in their diets.
