It's a tradition that brings the Lamiris together and ties back to regional roots. With their Berber origins, the Lamiri family recipe is no different. They use only the best baklouti chillies, dried in traditional log ovens, to bring a rich, smokey depth.
Extremely versatile and perfect to marinade meat and vegetables, or to level up your pasta sauces. To serve, mix 1 Tsp in a cup with olive oil to make an instant garlicky and smokey chilli oil to drizzle on pizza, pasta, hummus, and make dips.
