Miyoung creates homemade Korean passed down through generations. This Yangnyeom spicy chicken sauce mixes fermented gochujang with soy sauce, and chilli flakes. It has a sweet tang with a nice balance of sour and spicy. Great as a marinade for chicken or used as a dipping sauce.
ABOUT THE MAKER
Miyoung Finch founded her namesake brand after relocating to the UK at age 30 where she struggled to find the authentic flavours of her childhood. She opened up her own kitchen to teach people how to cook authentic Korean food at home, a dream she’d had since age 6, and now the brand makes sauces, kimchi, and other Korean products using recipes passed down from Finch’s mother and grandmother.
