Chimac’s K-BBQ sauce is a fresh take on American BBQ flavours, but jazzed up with traditional Korean ingredients like Doenjang, which is a Korean fermented soybean paste. The result is a unique yet temptingly familiar funky BBQ sauce that’s well-rounded, sweet and tangy.

ABOUT THE MAKER
Chimac makes Korean-inspired sauces and fried chicken in Dublin, Ireland. The brand started life in 2016 after founders Sofie Rooney and Garret FitzGerald fell in love with Korean fried chicken in Seoul. They now offer stand-alone restaurants in Ireland and a range of products built with bold, punchy flavours.
