To make the kimchi salt, The Korean Pantry's fresh and vibrant vegan kimchi is first dehydrated at low temperatures, to preserve that characteristic, punchy kimchi flavour. The kimchi flakes are then mixed with Maldon sea salt to produce a well-rounded, ready-to-use seasoning.

It is a product of careful ingredient sourcing, time and artisan methods.

The resulting umami, spicy seasoning is perfect for the finishing touch to all your favourite dishes. Sprinkle it over rice bowls, noodles, soups, eggs, cheese toasties, or avocado toast, for an instant punch of flavour.
