Authentic Korean kimchi brand Kay’s Kimchi makes delicious kimchi from a generational family recipe. Made using salted Chinese cabbage; it is nutrient-dense, probiotic and helps support the immune system. As the product is constantly fermenting; expect gas and bubbles when opened. Enjoy a thick layer with grilled cheese.
Ingredients for Vegan Baechu-Kimchi (배추김치): chinese cabbage, daikon radish, spring onion, onion, chili peppers, garlic, ginger, apple, chili powder, salt, sugar, rice flour, dried kelp, sesame seeds. Best to eat after 2 weeks to 1 month of fermentation from day of production, dependent on your taste. The longer it is fermented, the stronger the flavour. See packaging for production date. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 month.
